I really liked the sound of these strings the only negetive thing was the color of the strings, the two wound strings are redish copper colored while the two unwound strings are gold bronze.There is a real noticeable contrast under different lighting. The coloring is not as big a thing to me as the sound. The rep at the martain factory said all four strings were plated with the same stuff and had no idea why they were different colored.Could be cause they were mfg.in mexico but they still sound great so 1 demerit for color quaility!
