If you sign up to do business with us, you will not begin receiving unwanted email (SPAM). As we will not share your address with anyone ever. In addition all your purchase transactions will be securly encrypted, to safe guard your credit card information.

• We guarantee never to use any of the information provided by you for anything more than Suncreek Music business and for the purpose of service to you, the customer.
• For your convenience, we store information on previous purchases you make. This information will never be sold or shared. Period.
• Your email address will not be sold or provided to anyone outside of Suncreek Music. Nor will we ever send you any unsolicited emails or SPAM.

Your Security

• All transations that involve the exchange of sensitive information such as, credit number, passwords, etc.. are sent to our server via a Secure Socke Layer(SSL) connection. This connection encrypts the data between your browser and our servers. By encrypting the data it is un-readable to anyone who may try to "listen" via network snooping tools. Any company that you do business with on the web should provide this functionality.
• All the customer information you provide when signing up at Suncreek Music, with the exception of your credit card number, is stored in our database on our secure server. Access is limited to me, and our store software.
• The store front software we use is OsCommerce. It is an open source product that has literally hundreds of developers and testers working continually to improve its security.
• Your credit card information is never stored, and never seen by anyone. We don't store it in your permanent customer info. The card info is deleted when you complete your purchase. There is nothing of yours here to steal. This means you'll have to type your card number again when you return to our site. We hope you appreciate the extra safety and privacy it gives you.
