• Where do you ship? We currently will only ship to locations in the United States.
• How do you ship? Shipping is based on your selection at checkout time. We currently support USPS and UPS in a variety of methods. You can select the best for you. USPS First Class is usually the best value for small orders.
• What are your shipping rates Shipping totals are calculated dynamically based on the weight of your order. The totals will be available at the time of check out and you can choose your method. We will never gouge you on shipping. Not sure? We beat all the competition when it comes to small orders. 4 sets of guitar strings will usually ship for around $3.00. • When will you ship my order? Orders will ship out the next business day. Many orders will shipped the same day if received before 4PM EST.
• What if I have problems? Email, or call us. We will make it right.

• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 45 days of your origianl purchase date. You can then return the un-opened un-used product to us for a full refund. All shipping is paid by the buyer. Sorry we cannot currently accept opened/used merchandise.
• If you have any problems with what you ordered, please let us know and we will make it right.
